I was referred to The House of Globalization by a friend. Since then, the outreach from The House of Globalization has been tremendous in stabilizing myself! I have received caring support from the moment I sat down for the intake interview!!! The House of Globalization has extended valuable services and support to me such as rental assistance, furniture, a laptop and holiday toys for my family! Our purpose is to centralize resources for human-rights advocates around the globe. Advocates serve an important role in the lives of victims―They are friends, family members, colleagues, ministers, mentors, and social workers. When abuse occurs, victims need to know that they have an advocate closer than they think and that they are strong enough to survive and escape.
