CLAWS targets civil litigation against sex traffickers and facilitators of sexual harm, and advocates for public policies that increase the enforcement and efficacy of criminal and civil laws as pertaining to sexual violence and exploitation
Voice Of Today
Advocates awareness, prevention and treatment programs for children who are victims of sexual abuse. Organizations can request program resources or guest speakers
Half The Sky Movement
Began as a bestselling novel, Half the Sky: Turning Oppression into Opportunity for Women Worldwide, and bloomed into a film series and multi-media platform in which to ignite change in order to end the oppression of women worldwide. The project provides educational resources, videos, inspirational stories and games that highlight change and teach social responsibility.
Out Of Darkness
Provides prayer, education, and safe-haven for women in the sex trafficking industry in Atlanta. The organization provides education to local emergency room staff, rehabilitation services to incarcerated women and provide shelter, therapy, and education for women at the Solomon House. Their rescue hotline is 404.941.6024.
8 Days
[Film] portrays the story that was inspired by actual events. When 16-year old Amber Stevens was kidnapped and forced into the world of sex trafficking, her community fights to return her home. Although focusing on Amber, the film provides an inclusive view of the individuals involved in perpetrating and fighting sex trafficking.
